Situated on the South East Coast of Mahé, at Pointe au Sel, just 1km from the beautiful beach of Anse Royale, 7km from the airport and 15km from the capital Victoria, this establishment lies in a beautiful tropical garden bordering the river ‘Butler’ and overlooking a secluded beach which lies just 50 meters away from the villa.

The property has a long history, dating back to the 1890’s when it was a banana, coconut and vanilla plantation – thus its name, ‘BACOVA’.

The establishment consists of one villa, Villa ‘Oceane’ which is an example of traditional Seychellois architecture. The villa has 2 floors, a ground floor with one large bedroom, one bathroom, living room, kitchen and veranda. The first floor is a studio with a large bedroom, one bathroom, kitchenette and balcony. The villa can sleep a maximum of 5 adults and a child.

The villa is fully furnished in typical colonial style and bedrooms are equipped with both air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The villa comes fully equipped with all kitchen amenities, TV, telephone, internet access on demand, daily maid and safe deposit box.
