Overlooking the tiny islands of cousin and cousin, Villa Sofia is simple but cosy and commands outstanding views of its surrounds.

The villa features a master bedroom equipped with a king size bed, en-suite shower and separate toilette. Another double bedroom with king-sized bed shares the bathroom with a bedroom equipped with 2 single beds and 1 baby bed. Furthermore, there is a laundry, kitchen facing the veranda. The huge veranda covers more than 90 sq. m and the furniture is of a particularly fetching design.

All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets, ceiling fans and the two double bedrooms have an electronic safety box. The living room boasts a 42" LCD TV, DVD/CD player and satellite decoder. There is also fax, internet, and security camera monitoring the entrance.

The 2,500 sq. m garden with coconut palms, frangipanis, breadfruit trees and an array of other flowers is fenced with a granite wall while at the rear of the house is a 5-hole putting green and practice fence. Other amenities include an open-air shower, BBQ, parking area for 6 cars and an alarm system for your added security.
