Dear Sir|Madam,

I’m writing to complain about the service at your hotel.

I was staying at the hotel from May 1st until 12th. We had stayed at this hotel in 2002 and liked it very much although it seems to have had another name then that's why we had chosen it for our visit this time. I am an experienced package tourist and I have travelled a lot to mass tourist destinations such as Turkey and Egypt. Incidentally, it was my 11th visit to Egypt. We’ve also stayed in three star hotels as well as really exprensive five stars hotels. And I should admit I have never encountered anywhere such long queues for food at lunch time. I could have understood it if there was a real lack of food. But in terms of quantity the food and variety were fine, what was really in dearth was proper organisation and management of lunch time. Please find attached pictures of the queues and dirty tables.

But this is not the main reason why I am writing to you. The real thing that made me write this letter was the appaulingly rude behaviour of one of the waiters in fish restaurant. My boyfriend and I were staying in the superior room and, as you may well be aware, one visit to fish resaurant was included into the price of our voucher. When we came to fish restaurant for the first time and the waiters saw our white bracelets they lost interest in us at that very instant. The waiter who served our table behaved absolutely unacceptably. Not only did he try to start an informal conversation with us guessing where we are from what our names are, but also he tried to sexually harass me even in the presence of my boyfriend and behaved absolutely familiar although we had shown no desire to comunicate to anybody except ourselves. Looking at the excellent service, friendliness, helpfulness and tactfulness of the waiters in the lobby bar, I have to admit that the behavior of the waiter in the fish restaurant was absolutely inappropriate and out of place! We are very fond of seafood and we had planned to visit the fish restaurant in the hotel several times but instead we chose to go downtown.

I feel that I should protest about such behaviour. Would a letter of apology be too much to expect? Last but not least, I would like you to inform me of the action you will take with regard to this member of staff. Unless adaquate action is taken, I shall have no other option but to place negative references of your hotel all over the Russian tourist websites.

Официанта надо было поставить на место сразу же при помощи менеджера ресторана. И зачем вы это сюда написали?

господи,таких ситуаций на каждом шагу в Египте,если все будут писать об этом.....
Val, дама прислала сюда копию своего письма администрации этого.... не самого лучшего отеля. Согласна с Евгением, только на месте и сразу.

Мадам,Вера.Не пробывали отправить свой отзыв не посредственно на сайт отеля? Я сама в состоянии читать и разговаривать на English пускай не свободно,но я понимаю и меня понимают.Но есть люди которые не знают языка вообще,по тем или иным причинам.
Поэтому этот "выпендреж" ни к чему.Этот сайт для отзывов на русском языке.Это мое мнение.

Я так поняла, что реакции от менеджера отеля вы никакой не получили? Мы отмечали в этом отеле Новый, 2007 год и были в шоке от сервиса и отношения к туристам. Качество еды тоже было ужасным для 5* отеля, а про напитки я вобще молчу! Хотя я тоже очень experienced traveler и останавливалась в самых разных по звезности отелях, но такого ужаса не встречала!

мадам хоть и изьясняется по английски, суть текста все таки русская...
