I visited Florida US from June 01 - 14, 2009. First I booked the tickets by Delta Airlines, because cheapest offer. I checked the site ***, it easy to find there the best price among different airlines offers. After it I booked the hotels in Florida on our IHG site employee rates. After it I applied for visa for me and my daughter in US Embassy in Moscow through Pony Express Company. On the day of visa interview it took only one hour from the time arriving to Embassy till getting the approval of the visa for both. One week after Pony Express delivered the passports to the hotel Sokolniki.
Because the hotels in Florida confirmed only 5 nights max by employee rate, I booked 3 hotels - 2 in Miami for beach holiday, 1 in Orlando for visiting Disney World with my daughter.
First hotel we stay - Holiday Inn Oceanfront is nice and comfortable, in restaurant is good service for all meal periods. Hotel located on Miami Beach, easy access and nobody disturbing you with private services offers, like - buy glasses, massage and so on. Good swimming pool. So I recommend it.
Second Hotel - Holiday Inn Miami University located in the suburb, no beach nearby, the rooms are old, Housekeeping worked very bad, the restaurant for breakfast is the catastrophe. The pool is good; the staff on the reception is very polite. I not recommend this hotel for individual stay. But we enjoyed the shopping in Miami downtown. To reach the market place we spend only 30 minutes.
The third hotel in Orlando Holiday Inn Express Buena Vista. Very Good Hotel, good rooms, good Housekeeping, Breakfast is very good. There is a swimming pool. There is transportation to Disney parks 4 buses a day back and forward. Ticket desk in the hotel, you can by for all the parks and aquaparks for couple dollars cheaper, a lot of brochures and park maps there. Many restaurants nearby. So I recommend this hotel for stay.
App. 5 km from this hotel there is a Premium outlet of top brands, if you interested shopping.
We enjoy Orland very much, especially Hollywood and Universal Studios Parks, NBA Restaurant, Magic Kingdom Park and Wet&Wild Aquapark.
In all of the Parks there are a lot of people and for good attractions/ rides the waiting time is 60-90 minutes.
But you can book the rides for particular time 2-3 times during the day, so in the meantime you spend for other attractions with the waiting time 20-30 minute.
In the Aquaprk we paid more then usual price for "express pass" 80 USD all together per person, so we were waiting only 10-15 minutes. The normal waiting time is the same 60-90 minutes.
In all Parks you can easy find the restaurants or bring sandwiches and drinks with you.

Our way back was longer, because the plain from Orlando was broken and airport clerk booked for us Orlando - Atlanta - Paris - Moscow, so we arrived in Moscow 12 hours later.
But it was fun, because Delta Airlines transmitted 3 cinemas on the board, we watched NBA game in airport in between the flights.
Now I am not worry about 2-3 transit flight at all.
By the end I want to mentioned, we liked America and Americans - they are friendly, tranquil and polite.
